Biography
Dan McGlone represents clients in personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and wrongful death claims. He attended Indiana State University to obtain his undergraduate degree and received his J.D. from Indiana University in 1988. He was admitted to the Indiana and U.S. District Court and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in the same year and has been a Vigo County Deputy Prosecutor since 1989.
Dan McGlone helps individuals file personal injury claims against negligent parties. If the case is a formal lawsuit, the individual (plaintiff) files a civil complaint against another individual, corporation, business, insurance company or government agency (the defendant).
